Everyone’s talking about the #NewNormal, it’s no longer new. Everyday is an opportunity to make changes. When it comes to our well being; the daily choices we make help to create our future health.
Hanna-Barbera Productions originally aired from September 1962 to March 1963 #TheJetsons. When it debuted it was the most far fetched idea of #NormalLiving. Fast forward to present day and the accuracy is spot on. During the past six to eight weeks have assessed or reassessed the future of your health?
What does your health look like in the next six days, six weeks or six years? In order to imagine, plan, prepare, and produce your future health; you must evaluate your health hanbits and the standards you are setting for yourself as of today.
There are some things in life that others can do for you. When it comes to your health you may obtain coaching and/or training; yet ultimately it’s your choices that will create the results. You can hire a chef to cook your meals, but it’s your choice to eat what is prepared. You can cook your own meals, it’s still your choice in What you prepare. You can obtain personal coaching, workout alone, or work out with friends,; it’s your commitment and yours alone that will determine the energy and endurance that will be applied.
