Social Fatigue

We can all get overwhelmed or burned out at times. Dealing with the uncertainty of where we are in this thing called “Life”. Try some quiet time, try some physical activity.

What happens when your Superhero cape gets dragged down too many times and you just can’t get off the ground again?

Try some strategies to combat your stresses and be your best self!

Take five minutes to relax, close your eyes and just breathe. Pamper yourself with a “self care” treat. Take a 10 minute walk. Have a good nights sleep by placing your device in a different room instead of your nightstand.
